A meeting was held between iDiv (German Centre for Integrative Biodiversity Research), the team responsible for the EBV data portal, and OBSGESSION partners (VITO, BC) to discuss how data generated within the project can be stored and shared through the portal most efficiently.
The main goal of the meeting was to streamline the process of uploading EBV-enabling data products to the portal. iDiv expressed openness to making adjustments in order to improve data integration and accessibility. This collaboration is expected to enhance the visibility and usability of OBSGESSION data, making it more easily discoverable in a central location- ultimately benefiting the broader scientific and policy community.
During the meeting, an overview of OBSGESSION - including its goals, methods, and data generation efforts under Work Package 2 - was presented.
