Held in Bologna, Italy between the 17th and 21st of June, the 7th edition of the ECCB attracted over 1000 attendees from more than 50 countries to present research, hold workshops and exchange knowledge on nature conservation in all of its dimensions.

OBSGESSION was presented during 3 poster sessions with high interest from the research community. The poster (which can be found in the promotional materials tab of our website) presented our consortium as well as our ongoing and future work in the realm of essential biodiversity variables, remote sensing based biodiversity products, in-situ research and policy recommendations for EU flagships like the Green Deal and CBD.

We engaged with interested researchers, exchanged contacts and communicated the primary project goals, strengthening the OBSGESSION network and fostering a community around our project. Read more about ECCB2024 on their website.
