OBSGESSION was featured at the Netherlands Annual Ecology Meeting (NAEM) held from February 10th - 11th in Lunteren, the Netherlands.
Organised by the Netherlands Ecological Research Network (NERN), the annual two-day conference brings together scientists and policymakers working in the fields of ecology and evolution. This year's diverse programme included more than 125 talks, parallel workshops, and poster sessions, offering Dutch researchers and representatives from neighbouring countries the opportunity to share their latest insights.
During the event, OBSGESSION was highlighted in an oral presentation titled “Harmonising Environmental DNA and Remote Sensing for Scalable Belowground Biodiversity Assessment.” The presentation showcased the project’s breakthrough results in integrating eDNA and remote sensing for scalable soil microbiome biodiversity assessments.
